A well-established wealth management firm in North Kent, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Financial Adviser to take over a substantial book of clients from a retiring adviser. This client portfolio generates £400k in recurring revenue and includes a wide range of high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, from families and retirees to City professionals and elite sports figures. Clients have investable assets between £300k and £10m, and the firm is known for providing top-tier holistic advisory services. The firm’s reputation for excellence drives new business through client referrals and recommendations, with clients primarily located across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and parts of London.

This opportunity is ideal for a Financial Planner with at least 3 years of experience who can deliver high-quality service to HNW clients. The role doesn’t require you to bring assets under management (AUM), but if you have clients who align with the firm’s investment philosophy, they are open to incorporating them. The firm offers great flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work remotely, with only occasional office visits.
