Flexible Benefits Consultant

Are you an experienced flexible benefits consultant? If so, this role could be for you! Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are supporting an established EB consultancy within their flexible benefits team to continue their growth into 2025.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project manage the implementations and annual renewals of your assigned clients portfolio
• Creation and maintenance of the scheme design
• Dealing with any escalated queries or issues from the clients HR teams

Essential Criteria:

• Prior project management/scheme design experience within the flexible benefits field
• Ability to retain clients and resolve issues with the platform
• Demonstrate a solutions driven approach to implementing workable solutions for your clients

This position can be fully remote, with the expectation of going into a London office twice a month.
