Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Year 6 - Sats prep - Gosford Green (CV1) - £100-£120 a day - start ASAP

Long Term Futures are hiring for a school in Gosford Green (CV1) who are looking for a whole class teaching assistant. You will be the teaching assistant for the whole class of Year 6 in preparation for their SATs, leading interventions to improve attainment and covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Facilitating pre-planned lessons in the absence of a class teacher
Assist in preparing and organising resources to facilitate a smooth-running learning environment
Assist teacher in class and support students who may require extra help
Must be patient and willing to help students who may be struggling with exam content
Communicate effectively with staff to better understand the needs of studentsRole requirements:

Experience working in a school preferably in primary education
Understanding of the SAT curriculum to be able to assist in preparation
Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
