About the role:

Join a welcoming three-form entry primary school in Edmonton, North London, as an HLTA, working predominantly with Years 3, 4, and 5 while covering other classes when needed. As an HLTA, you'll lead classes, manage behavior, and provide support across the school. This role requires confidence in leading lessons, a proactive approach to behaviour management, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Application Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.

• Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading lessons

.• Experience supporting primary-aged children, particularly in KS2.

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Support pupils' academic and personal development, including SEND students.

• Collaborate with teachers to prepare and adapt lesson materials

.• Cover classes across the school as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
