We are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Manager to join our client who are an aspiring leader in their industry and have over 40 years of industry experience. They have grown rapidly in recent years, having brought in a new fire safety division, and are ever evolving, providing opportunity for career growth.

As a Maintenance Team Manager, you will bring managerial and trade experience, strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. You will be accountable for driving motivation and improving the efficiency of a large group of engineers.

Key responsibilities for a Maintenance Team Manager

• Lead a team of engineers andimplement strategic changes to increase efficiencies
• Visit sites and ensure projects are delivered to time and budget
• Responsible for driving compliance and health and safety - toolbox talks and audits
• Serve as the primary contact for supervisors
• Carry out weekly one to one’s with supervisors

Experience required for a Maintenance Team Manager

• Engineering or trade experience
• Management experience
