Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualised or small group support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), specifically those with autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
Assist in the creation and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
Help pupils access the curriculum and engage in school activities.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the needs of each pupil are met.
Contribute to the overall ethos and values of the school.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with autism and ADHD is preffered.
Knowledge of SEND and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with special needs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
Experience working in a school setting.
