The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with a background in practice to step into a career-defining role. Based in the Surrey office, you'll work closely with the senior management team, overseeing a diverse client portfolio and making a significant impact on their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee management accounts for UK and multinational companies.
• Provide expert guidance on VAT and PAYE matters, including reviewing VAT returns.
• Support start-ups with strategic financial advice and assistance.
• Lead the implementation of advanced accounting and computerised financial systems.
• Manage UK financial reporting for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Mentor and develop team members through training, reviews, and ongoing support.
• Strengthen client relationships by offering expert advice on various business topics.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3-4+ years of experience working in practice.
• Strong knowledge of management and statutory accounting, with the ability to oversee complex accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Legall entitled to work in the UK without Visa support
