Job Title:                                 Team Manager - MASH

Contract Length:                     Initial 3 interim contract

Pay rate:                                   £43 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in the South East/Home Counties for a Team Manager to come and support across MASH for an initial 3 months. You must be able to demonstrate decisive and safe choices for children in decision making, resilience and robust knowledge of social care services.

About your role as the Team Manager - MASH:

As the Team Manager you will report to the Service Manager and provide key link between the frontline social workers and senior management team.
You will be responsible for the chairing multi agency planning meetings for children and young people while collaborating with both internal and external partners.
To maintain good levels of practice standards through audit and quality assuring case records, assessments, plans and documentation.
You will play a key role in the Local Authorities duties to safeguard children and promote the welfare of children and young people. 
Your required experience as the Team Manager - MASH:

Qualified Social Worker
Experience working at Team Manager level.
Ability to challenge others constructively and make informed decisions.
Ability to motivate staff, promote best practice and performance management.
Available references for most recent 2 year's roles and Enhanced DBS will be required.
