Finance Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of our client, a healthcare company. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing essential support to the wider finance team.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims; reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense submissions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and basic data analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct and timely financial reporting.
- Adhere to internal financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
