Junior Broker - Foreign Exchange £30,000 - OTE £45,000City Our client is a well-established leader as a Foreign Exchange educator with proven success globally. They are now looking for the next generation of sales superstars to join a strong team in their London Head Office. You will be hungry, outgoing and hard-working with proven internal telesales experience, ideally within a FX environment.
The Role: - Identify and source new corporate clients over the phone
- High volume outgoing calls (80-100 per day) and use research skills to uncover the right prospective clients
- Convey a professional image and establish credibility, while using great questioning skills to open up opportunities to present to the client
- Set up meetings with clients for senior colleagues to take the next step
The Person: - Minimum six months experience within an internal sales role (high volume), ideally within FX
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Confident and articulate phone manner
- Strong numeracy skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel and Word
- Hungry, driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to remain resilient and persevere
