Job Title: Band 6 CPN  Home Treatment Team
Location: Manchester 
Duration: 3-month contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks)
Rate of Pay: £24.50 - £25 per hour
Hours: long days 

A Day in the Life of a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering vital NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
Administering medications and monitoring their effects.
Providing therapeutic interventions, including counseling and behavioral therapies.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families to promote mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements:

Current and valid NMC registration.
Proven experience in a community recovery role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Previous experience in CMHT or Home Treatment Teams
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This role requires Monday to Friday availability, with flexible hours. The contract lasts for 3 months.
