The Role: Residential Support Worker We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Residential Support Worker to join our family. This role is not just a job; it's a calling to make a real difference in the lives of young individuals who are yearning for guidance and support.
Your Impact:
· Salary: Earn up to £27,000, with additional earnings of £70 per sleep-in, for up to 10 shifts a month.

Your Role:
· Leadership: keywork sessions, risk assessments, and upholding the highest quality standards.
· Inspiration: Be the cornerstone of motivation and morale for both the children and the staff team, fostering community links and safeguarding the well-being of our young residents.
· Development: Ensuring the highest quality care for the children we serve.
We Need You To Be:
· Knowledgeable: An understanding of Ofsted regulations is key.
· Experienced: Familiarity with EBD and challenging behaviour is crucial, along with a sensitive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
· Skilled: Your excellent interpersonal skills, reflective practice, and IT literacy will be invaluable.
Your Schedule:
· Flexible, including day shifts, Monday to Friday, night shifts, overtime, and weekend availability.
Your Experience:
· A minimum of 1 year in a Children's Home setting is required
