Location: Bristol (with travel to multiple sites)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Healthcare Package, and Bonus Scheme (profit share)

Job Description:
A leading contractor based in Bristol is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3-4 commercial projects simultaneously. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.

* Manage project budgets, procurement, and resources.

* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and senior management.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations.

* Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing multiple commercial construction projects.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.

* Full driving license for site travel.
