An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' secondary school, located in the heart of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Medical Officer to join our team in January. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to support and manage the school medical room while working as part of an exceptional team.

School Medical Officer Job Overview:

Provide first aid and respond to medical issues for students and staff as needed.
Oversee and manage the school's medical room, ensuring it is well-organised and fully equipped.
Support the health and well-being of the students of Ealing, offering care and reassurance in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of medical incidents and ensure compliance with school policies.
Collaborate with staff to promote a safe and healthy school environment.
Monitor and address minor medical concerns promptly and efficiently.
Assist with the implementation of health and safety standards, with further training provided as required.
Provide guidance and support in line with the school's commitment to student welfare.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding health-related matters.
