Location: Uxbridge (4 days in vibrant Uxbridge Town Centre and WFH Friday) Salary: Up to £26000 with uncapped earning potential 9am – 5.30pm

Role Overview: As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting two senior recruiters by locating, vetting, and qualifying suitable candidates for local roles. This role requires someone who is persistent, task-focused, and sees every task as a project to be completed. You will be assessing and working through applications, so resilience and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to source candidates for various vacancies.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
• Screen job applicants, shortlisting and interviewing candidates (full training provided).
• Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Assist with compliance checks, including eligibility to work and reference checks.
• Write job advertisements and manage job postings online.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and other administrative tasks.
• Attend client visits with senior consultants to understand client requirements better.
• Provide excellent candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 6 months of resourcing experience or a strong interest in recruitment.
• Persistent and task-focused with a “doesn't give up” mentality.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with modern IT systems (training provided).
• Comfortable pushing back when necessary in a friendly but assertive manner.
• Highly motivated, with a desire to succeed and grow within the role.
• Driver with own transport
