Develop and implement sourcing strategies within the technology sector.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Drive cost reduction initiatives within the procurement process.
Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain regulations and standards.

A successful 'Sourcing Manager' should have:

Experience within sourcing is a must and experience within technology would be beneficial
Proven experience in sourcing and contract management
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.

An estimated salary range of £49,500 - £65,000,
