What You'll Do as Assistant Manager:

Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential.
Oversee visual merchandising and stock management, ensuring the store looks its best.
Foster a positive and energetic work environment that aligns with Blue Vanilla's values.What We're Looking For in our Assistant Manager:

Previous retail experience, ideally in ladies' fashion, at a supervisory or management level.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
