Assistant Resident Services Manager- Guildford- £34,000pa + 10% discretionary bonus

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an Assistant Resident Services Manager to join their high-end Build to Rent scheme in the heart of Guildford.

Experience required: At least 2 years experience within the property sector.

About the client:

My client is one of the leading Build to Rent operators in the UK and are looking for an individual who wants to develop within the sector to join their amazing scheme. You will manage the front of house team, conduct apartment viewings, and create and execute events. You will also conduct all inspections. The client will put you on a development programme to ensure that you can progress with pace and have the opportunity for promotions.

Your role as an Assistant Resident Services Manager will include:

• Ensure that you provide exceptional customer service, through greeting all residents, visitors, and contractors- helping them out with any queries or request as and when they are asked.

• Encourage resident engagement and arrange regular events for residents such as yoga mornings, pizza nights, cooking classes, etc.

• Manage the front of house team and ensure that they are trained up correctly and hitting their KPI's.

• Ensure that any health and safety issues or snags are reported to the maintenance team and sorted within the day.

• Keep aware of changes in technology with any changes in systems as well as changes in health and safety regulations.

• Conduct all inspections before residents move in and conduct all post check-out inspections.

• Help to encourage full occupancy of the apartments by doing apartment viewings.

I am looking for the following skillset/ attributes:

• At least 2 years experience within the property sector, hospitality, or student accommodation.

• Outstanding customer service skills and a continuous strive to go the extra mile for residents and guests.

• Previous experience in working within customer service.

• Ability to multi-task to complete a long to-do list.

• A genuine passion for the property sector/ Build to Rent sector.

• A desire to progress.
