As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand into new sectors where we currently have no established opportunities.

We are seeking a results driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in unexplored sectors. You will develop robust relationships with potential clients and effectively positioning Clemtech's recruitment services to meet their hiring needs.

What you will be involved in;

* You'll conduct market research to identify and analyse potential sectors for business expansion

* Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and successfully promote Clemtech's services

* You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients from diverse industries

* Utilising your industry knowledge to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to clients

* Monitoring industry tends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

* Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts and overall market performance

* Attend industry and networking events and conferences to promote Clemtech and generate leads

What we are looking for;

* Proven experience in business development, preferably within the engineering/technical sector, recruitment or HR industry

* You will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various industry sectors

* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

* You will be able to work independently and as part of a team

* You'll have a proactive and self motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
