Are you a talented Technical Designer with a passion for creating exceptional spaces looking to step up your career?

We have an exciting opportunity to join the London team of an established studio, specialising in the D&B/Commercial Fit-out sector, as a Technical Designer. The practice has a track record for delivering high quality CAT A & B, commercial fit out and technically complex projects ranging in value, they have achieved B Corp Certification, and are a stable studio who are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Workplace Futures Group - a 27 year old £100 million business.

This will be a fast paced and engaging role, suited for a designer with a D&B / Office Fitout background who is looking to take on new challenges and have the opportunity to work on multiple projects and become an integral part of the business.

Responsibilities :

Produce technical and construction packages for commercial workspaces.
Provide technical input during the concept stage for a smooth transition to construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the interior design team to create creative and cohesive workspaces.
Assist with client presentations and recommend suitable furniture and finishes.Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
2-4+ years of industry experience on Design and Build projects / Commercial Office fit-out.
Full proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD.
Strong technical detailing skills and knowledge of regulations.
Ability to lead technical packages and review drawings.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Confident at multitasking between multiple projects.
Proactive on site problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
Understanding of working with other specialisms/trades such as M&E/joinery.
Full right to work in the UK.
