JRRL are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join a local firm of accountants.  The role would suit a candidate who is keen to progress their career in Accountancy with a growing firm.

Responsibilities for the Qualified Accountant:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and independently dealing with Clients
• Managing client compliance work and dealing with day-to-day client enquiries
• Responsible for Annual accounts, Co sec, VAT & CIS returns
• Preparation of Personal Tax returns for directors
• Managing a team of up to 2 members
• Additional ad-hoc tasks requested by the manager/partner, as required 
• Payroll Management

Person Specification for the Qualified Accountant:

• At least two years of experience in an Accounting firm 
• CIMA/ACCA qualification
• Excellent and clear communication skills
• Proactive and professional individual with a personal growth mindset
