Duties

Providing expert HR support to line managers
Supporting formal meetings and advising on employee relations matters
Coaching managers on best practices for performance, engagement, and absence management
Assisting with organisational changes and design improvements
Playing a key role in recruitment by conducting interviewsThe Candidate

A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Confident working with senior managers in a collaborative way
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Experience in recruitment and supporting hiring decisions
A continuous improvement approach to processes and procedures
