What awaits you:
- Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
- Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
- Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
- Creation of system documentation
Your skills:
- Trained IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration with several years of professional experience
- Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
- Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
- Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
