Your new roleThese Healthcare Associate and Senior Associate positions will see you handle your own caseload of complex defendant clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion. You will be primarily acting for NHS Resolution and will be expected to provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating case documents. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience handling your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.
