We are delighted to be recruiting for a Service Coordinator to work in the provisioning team of this forward thinking organisation based in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis.

Ideally from a telecoms provisioning background your role will be to ensure the timely and accurate setup of services, resolving any provisioning issues, and maintaining communication with customers throughout the provisioning process. Day to day responsibilities include order management, checking accuracy of information, working closely with other departments. Maintaining regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays. Troubleshooting and dealing with issues as they arise.

The role is office based.

In return the company offer a competitive salary up to £32,000pa plus free parking.

General hours of work are Monday to Friday but if you do work on a call out basis over a weekend you will receive an on call payment.
