Registered Care Home Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000
Our client is currently looking for an empathetic and skilled Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their care home. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of health and social care management, particularly in providing support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
- Proven experience as a Care Manager, with a proven track record of achieving excellent results
- Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing person-centered care for residents

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents in the care home
- Manage and lead a team of dedicated care staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the care industry
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals
