Recruitment Consultant - Glasgow

Tec-source are a specialist recruitment agency within the Construction, M&E and Engineering sectors.

Due to continued growth in our Glasgow office, we are looking to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

* Generating new business within the sector appointed to

* Client aftercare by regular telephone calls and meetings

* Attending site and office meetings to both potential and current clients

* Updating and maintaining company databases and all other administrative tasks required

* Using various social media platforms regularly to promote Tec-source

* Meeting targets and deadlines

Experience / Skills required:

* Must have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role

* Experience within sales / business development is highly preferred

* Must be competent in the use of all Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, teams etc.

* Confident and polite telephone manner

* Driving Licence essential

In return, we offer a competitive salary which will be dependent on experience and a generous commission structure, 28 days per year plus stats increasing by 1 additional day per year of service holidays and company mobile and laptop
