The Programme Manager will work cross-functionally in the business to drive the roadmap of key customer experience (CX) activities, and assess the efficacy against achieving CX goals. These goals are related to electric-vehicles (EVs) as the company has a significant influence on the UK's successful zero-emissions transition. The successful Programme Manager will have strong experience managing end-to-end projects for a large matrix business and team.

Description
- Collaborate with the CX team to develop and manage a 3 year customer experience roadmap and measure it's impact across objectives
- Support senior stakeholders in evaluating CX priorities and aligning the company with the CX strategy.
- Coordinate and align the CX roadmap with key teams, manage activities and milestones for the CX team.
Profile
- Ideally, 4+ years experience in a project management / programme management role
- Digital transformation experience is desireable but not essential
- Demonstrable experience working successfully in a large team / business (e.g., 300 employees +)
