I am recruiting for a Property Manager to join a Nottingham based Estate Agency on a permanent, full time basis.

You will work in a team of 4 Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries after they have moved in, resolving issues efficiently and with professionalism.

* Manage maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors to ensure prompt and effective repairs.

* Manage and booking of routine property inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld.

* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of compliance, Gas safe, EICR, and maintenance activities using Fixflo and our CRM platform.

* Produce monthly reports detailing occupancy rates, property condition, and tenant satisfaction levels.

Skills Required-

* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Prior experience in property management with a minimum of 18 months experience

* Confident and courteous phone manner, with strong interpersonal communication skills.

* High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

* Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.

Hours are Monday- Friday 08.45am- 5.30pm and includes 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am- 3pm.

Salary range is £30-£35k DOE and yearly commission available
