Our client, a prestigious high end Property Investment and Development company based in North West London, are looking for an experienced Building/Estate Manager to manage one of their High End private residential estates based in North West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record overseeing the maintenance of an Estate on-site of a prestigious property portfolio or very similar experience.Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon - Friday, and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm. The Estate Building Manager duties will include: * Managing a prestigious private Residential Estate based in North West London with 60 apartments * Conducting daily on-site inspections * Organising contractors for essential maintenance works, refurbishments and other building issues* Supervising an assistant porter and agency staff* Oversee maintenance works and ensure quality standards* Liaising with the residents professionally strong customer service required * Dealing with all maintenance queries, including arranging annual gas safety inspections* Swimming pool ensuring all health and safety compliance standards are met. * Maintaining Health & safety * Managing 3rd parties /contractor relationship * Liaising with local authorities on security* Liaising with Property Management team* Administration - responding to emails, updating all maintenance records and logging calls from the residents* Producing reports for the Board Requirements:* Experience in Building or Estate Maintenance Management * Team Management experience essential* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure* Strong IT skills * On-site residential property experience essential* Strong communication skills required This is a great opportunity to join a thriving, forward thinking Property Investment and Development company in an enviable part of London.
