We are seeking a Finnish-speaking Careline Advisor to join our clients team, providing outstanding customer care and support. As the first point of contact for consumers, you will handle queries and product-related complaints across multiple channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers receive the high standard of care they expect, while following processes and maintaining service excellence.

Skills Required:

Fluent in Finnish
Excellent written and verbal skills in both Finnish and English
Strong communication and empathy skills
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the food industry
Competent IT skills: familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage

Although the client's hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, and Saturday 10am - 5pm, your contracted hours will be Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm. You may be required to work evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
