An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to join a growing construction business delivering a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects across the South East. Working on projects from £100k to £20m, this role will be key in driving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites.
The Role
This position will suit a proactive Health & Safety professional with a strong background in construction safety management, looking to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Health and safety manager you will develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
As a Health and safety manager you will deliver training sessions and promote a strong safety culture
As a Health and safety manager you will conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
As a Health and safety manager you will investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring corrective actions
As a Health and safety manager you will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
As a Health and safety manager you will provide guidance and support to project teamsWhat You'll Need:

As a Health and safety manager you will have strong understanding of health & safety legislation in construction
As a Health and safety manager you will have experience in site safety management & compliance
As a Health and safety manager you will have the ability to conduct risk assessments & accident investigations
As a Health and safety manager you will have excellent communication & leadership skills
As a Health and safety manager you will have relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
