Are you an ambitious Financial Controller looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a growing Real Estate Investment Management company based in the West End of London. Do you have experience managing teams taking ownership of full financial controls.

As the successful candidate you will have great stakeholder management skills, be an ACA Qualified accountant and have a keen eye for detail. Other key responsibilities include;

* Full ownership for the group reporting including annual financial accounts and audit and quarterly management accounts process.

* Management of the taxation affairs of the management group including annual corporate income tax returns and quarterly group VAT.

* General regulatory compliance support to Compliance Manager on firm/group financial information (reg data submissions etc).

* Management of the Finance Function.

* Developing & maintaining a framework for scaling the finance operations - coordinating the financial reporting calendar for the finance group deliverables across fund reporting

* Working closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on the management group annual budget and semi-annual re-forecast.

* Financial Accounting - high technical knowledge of FRS 102, IMA SORP (LLP and authorised funds) and IFRS.
