Job Advertisement: Assistant Site Supervisor - North Birmingham Secondary School!

Are you an experienced school assistant site supervisor or school caretaker with a passion for maintaining high standards in a school setting? T4S Education are working with a secondary school with the recruitment of an Assistant Site Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in North Birmingham. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Key Details:

* Salary: £22,737 - £24,702 per annum

* Hours: Rotational shifts:

* Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm

* Week 2: 10:30am - 6:30pm

Role Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Site Supervisor, you will:

* Support the day-to-day management of the school premises.

* Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the building and facilities are safe and in excellent condition.

* Assist with site security and health & safety compliance.

* Respond promptly to general maintenance and repair requests.

* Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and other team members to uphold a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience: Previous experience in a school facilities role is highly desirable.

* Skills: Strong maintenance skills, including basic repairs and DIY tasks.

* Attributes: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Requirements: A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
