We are working with a family run business based in Corby who are looking for a new team member to join their busy trade counter team.

Previous experience within either face to face customer service or trade counter would be ideal.

The role:

* Meeting customers as they arrive on site

* Understanding customer needs and matching suitable products

* Offering alternatives where products are unavailable

* Discussing order process and delivery times with customers

* Providing quotes for bespoke products

* Upselling

* Taking cash and card transactions

* Stock taking

* Adhoc stores duties as required

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday and typically 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
