Overview

Our client is a highly successful law firm based in Birmingham. They have diversified their offering and continued to enjoy stable growth over the last 5 years and as such they are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Assistant to join their established finance team.

As the Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Management Accountant and Finance Manager whilst being responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role will suit a confident AAT studier who is looking for a lively working environment, a varied role and great long term prospects.

Ideally, you will:

• Be in the early stages of AAT qualification with some experience gained within a fast paced finance department
• Possess strong communication skills that will allow you to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Have previous experience working in a fast paced similar environment with a proactive approach to change
• Have proven experience with developing, executing, or contributing to innovative ideas or processes
