We are working with a SaaS business, based in the heart of Bath, who are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will play a crucial role in the success of our sales team by providing administrative support and ensuring a seamless sales process.

What you'll be doing:
Ensuring our sales team is equipped with the best leads and accurate information.
Responsible for qualifying leads in the CRM
Ensuring contact details are up-to-date 
Verifying the financial health of potential clients, and improving the overall funnel of leads directed to the sales team.What you'll need to apply
1-2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proficient in CRM systems.
Strong ability to assess and qualify leads based on business needs
and financial health.
Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and lead management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proactive in identifying issues within the sales funnel and suggesting improvements.What's on offer
