About the opportunity:

* Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines.

* Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction.

* Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites.

* Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

* Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £45k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

* Engineering technical experience, preferably from an architectural consultancy or developer background.

* Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector.

* Familiarity with fire remediation projects.

* Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Commitment to inclusion and diversity.

* Proficient in IT skills
