About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Branch Manager to join a dynamic and growing import and distribution business based in Uxbridge. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for branch operations, customer relationships, team performance, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, including import logistics, stock control, and distribution

Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and performance

Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement branch growth strategies

Drive customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and timely service

Maintain excellent communication with suppliers and partners to support supply chain efficiency

Ensure the branch operates to high standards in presentation, discipline, and organisation

Monitor sales performance and contribute to expanding the client base

Promote new product lines and provide input on market trends and competitor activity

Key Requirements

Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution management

Strong customer service and team leadership skills

Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and communication abilities

A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail

IT literate - confident with Microsoft Office, Google tools, and open to learning new systems

Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer

£33,000 - £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Annual bonus of £2,000-£3,000 based on performance
