Leader Education are recruiting an Inclusive Support Worker (x5 positions)to work at an SEMH School based in Kirklees. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have special educational needs including SEMH, Autism, EBSA, ADHD. The school caters for children from 5 years to 18 years.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:15am - 3:30pm

You MUST be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to create strong relationships with pupils and staff members
• Flexibility to work across all ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes

Desirable skills - Makaton, PECS, Team Teach Level 2 (all training can be offered)
