Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Sales Office Administrator for a company based in Speke area.

This is a permanent position. The company specializes in Industrial Hose & Pipe Fittings

Salary:

* £25 - 30K depending on experience

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

•The Sales Administrator will work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Operatives to assist with the planning and production and helping the team to achieve targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Answering incoming telephone calls

•Inputting of quotations and orders

•Management of order processing tasks

•Dealing with any queries in a timely manner

•Updating customer records onto our CRM system

•Dealing with and responding to incoming email efficiently

•General administration tasks

•Communicating on a daily basis with internal and external departments

•Ensure all customer service standards are maintained

•Diary management.

•Any other responsibilities as required

•Comply with company health safety policies and procedures and, as applicable, ensure safe use and maintenance of all equipment and fully utilise all safety items within the legal and H&S requirements.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•Have experience within a similar sales role

•Be enthusiastic, willing to learn about our products and capabilities

•Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

•Be able to cope under pressure

•Knowledge of our industry would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be given.
