• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Help to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic IT skills
