Walker & Sloan is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected retail fit-out contractor based in Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the financial aspects of fast-paced fit-out projects for leading retail clients.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, and managing subcontractor procurement. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Your role will also involve preparing valuations, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or interior fit-outs, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities for career progression.
