Responsibilities - Support the Home Manager in leading and managing the daily operations of the nursing home
- Oversee and coordinate care plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Participate in recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications - Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in elderly care and a nursing home setting
- Leadership or management experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
