Salary: Up to £40,488.24 depending on experience.

NMC Registration and pin, with experience working as a nurse is essential for this position.

Compass Associates are partnering with a UK leading care home operator, in the search for a Registered Nurse to join their existing team, based within a medium sized care home, in Miskin!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

* Build on your existing skills and practise in a nurse-led environment.

* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, including supporting students.

* Deliver person-centred care and advocate for residents.

* Recognise and report safeguarding concerns.

About You:

* NMC Pin ESSENTIAL - You'll be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number, fully committed to the standards set by the regulatory body.

* You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* A passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues and students is essential.

* You must be able to recognise and take action on safeguarding concerns.
