Job Title: HGV Shunter

About the Company:

My client is a family-owned fleet maintenance and hire business with a 50-year history. With two depots across the UK, they offer a variety of services, and due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a skilled HGV Shunter to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for shunter and vehicle movements on site at Leeds.

* Operate the shunter to manage vehicle movements throughout the site.

* Plan and coordinate the shunter operations in alignment with the workshop.

* Assist with loading and unloading shunters on inbound and outbound transport.

* Provide support in the MOT lane as a shunter.

* Perform general shunter duties as required, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Forklift licence (desirable).

* Experience driving Class 1 vehicles.

* Basic computer skills and ability to complete necessary paperwork.

* Previous experience as an HGV Shunter.
