Starting Salary: £27,500
Post-Training Salary: £28,000
6-Month Review Salary: £30,000+ potential

The Role
We're looking for a technically minded, customer-focused individual with basic plumbing knowledge. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a range of water treatment systems. While experience in water treatment is an advantage, it is not essential — full training will be provided.

You'll be the face of the business in the field, so a professional, friendly manner and a strong work ethic are key. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and interacting with customers, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair water treatment equipment at customer sites

Deliver excellent customer service during every visit

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Maintain company vehicle and equipment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience with water softeners or drinking water systems (preferred, not essential)

*

Strong customer service background

*

Good problem-solving and communication skills

*

Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Positive attitude and reliability
