SF Recruitment have recently partnered with an academy trust. This HR Systems Administrator role is a pivotal position, integrating both advanced data management and traditional HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will need a diverse skill set, blending technical expertise with administrative know-how. Summary of the key requirements and skills needed for success in this role: Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Systems Superuser: o Become the expert on the HR system, managing and improving its processes. o Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. o Generate HR-related reports that will support decision-making for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). 2. Data Analysis & Reporting: o Leverage advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in tools such as: PowerBI for data visualisation and interactive reports. Power Automate for automating workflows. Visio for process mapping and visualisation of HR systems or processes. 3. HR Administration: o Oversee routine HR administrative tasks, including: Issuing and amending employment contracts. Administering recruitment processes, such as coordinating right-to-work and CRB checks. 4. Collaboration with Leadership: o Work closely with the SLT, communicating data-driven insights. o Build trust with key stakeholders through clear, accurate reporting and effective system management. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Advanced Excel and Data Skills: The role demands someone highly proficient in Excel, especially with experience in PowerBI, Power Automate, and Visio. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and create meaningful reports for SLT. - HR Administration Experience: Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation (contracts, compliance checks, etc.). - Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and work effectively with senior leadership. - Attention to Detail: Precision in both data handling and administrative duties. - Passion for Data and HR: Genuine enthusiasm for using data to drive HR improvements.
