Have you considered a role in Recruitment? Would you like to nurture the best early career talent? Express Solicitors is seeking a Business / HR graduate to join our emerging talent recruitment team and help shape the future graduate talent of Express.

We will provide full in-depth training, and you will have both support and mentorship as you learn this new role. We always look to develop people for the long term.

Things you want to know

• Salary - £25,000 p.a.
• Working Hours - 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
• Hybrid Working - after probation, 3/2 model.
• Holidays - 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years' service

The Role

You will be part of the Emerging Talent Team, working closely with the Emerging Talent Manager and Officer, as well as the General Recruitment and HR teams.

You will;

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for graduates.
• Develop relationships with universities and implement attraction strategies.
• Arrange interviews.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at recruitment fairs and other events.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

• Are you an excellent communicator who is happy to talk to both individuals and groups?
• Are you a flexible, team-oriented individual eager to develop?
• Can you travel for university events?
• Do you have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above?
