Are you an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step into a Supervisor or Lead position?

We are a national facilities services company, expanding in Trowbridge due to new contract wins. We're looking for a Senior/Lead Contract Support Administrator to manage our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Salary:£24,000.00 - £27,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team and helpdesk staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage job scheduling and ensure tasks are completed on time through our system (CAFM).
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure work is done efficiently.
• Create and review reports on job performance and team efficiency.
• Handle escalated issues and liaise with senior management and clients when needed.
• Ensure all work is logged and completed in line with contract requirements.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve team performance and processes.
• Help with general administrative tasks and support the wider team.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a senior administrative or facilities role.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (Concerto preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing a team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of GCSEs grade C in Maths & English.
• Ideally NVQ or similar in Business Admin or Management.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
